Good to know

A few things
worth knowing.

A clear starting point for your cabinet, your project and the next step.

When do I pay and approve the drawing?+

First review the full itemized quote and specification. Pay 100% upfront through secure Stripe card checkout, then approve the final drawing in writing before production. Cancellation is free, with a full refund, until drawing approval. After approval the cabinet cannot be cancelled for a change of mind; rights for damaged, incorrect or defective goods remain.

Why has my payment link expired while the quote is still valid?+

Quotes are valid for 14 days. A secure card checkout link lasts about 23 hours from creation. Contact Sound & Oak with your quote reference for a payment-status check and a reissued link or quote. Do not use a second link while an earlier payment is unresolved.

Does the displayed estimate include everything?+

The estimate includes the cabinet and finish with estimated crating. Freight, hardware and any unpriced extras are confirmed in the full itemized quote before payment. Countertops, sinks, faucets and installation are excluded unless a separate written scope specifically states otherwise.

What must my installer check?+

Measure the finished wall at several heights, check floor level and wall plumb, mark supply and waste locations, and confirm door, drawer and access clearances. Requested width and provisional builder depth/height are planning inputs. The final approved drawing must confirm dimensions, mounting support and plumbing clearances.

Can you build a width that is not listed?+

Yes. Any width to the inch from 24 to 108 inches is built to order and quoted per project.

Can you build from my drawing?+

Yes. Send a sketch, wall photo or plan using the custom page. We aim to reply within one business day.

What is included with a vanity?+

The cabinet is supplied without a countertop or sink. Hardware and extras are quoted separately and will be itemized in your confirmed quote.

Can I choose the size and finish?+

Every style starts with your width, from 24 to 108 inches. The final combination and any custom requirements are confirmed before an order.

How long does production take?+

Your written quote confirms the full production schedule, start milestone and transit time before payment. The workshop must approve the final drawing before production begins.

How do I request a quote?+

Save your choices to a project board, then send your inquiry. We aim to reply within one business day and confirm the complete specification, inclusions and delivered price in an itemized quote. A saved inquiry is not an order or an approved specification.

Can you give me a trade discount?+

Trade pricing is quoted per project; tell us you are a designer or builder in your brief.

Does the picture include the sink?+

A room image may show a sink, countertop, fixtures or styling for context. These are not included in the cabinet price. Review the itemized quotation for exactly what is supplied.

Can this be delivered in four weeks?+

We cannot promise delivery in four weeks. Share your required date and delivery ZIP; we will confirm workshop availability, production and transit in your written quote before you pay.

Can I change anything?+

Start with the options shown for your style. Other changes need workshop review before we can confirm buildability, price or timing. A generated render is not construction approval.

What if it arrives damaged?+

Photograph the damage, retain the packaging and contact Sound & Oak promptly with the order reference. Report visible damage within 48 hours and concealed damage within five business days of delivery. The written quote confirms shipment service, insurance and carrier procedures; our Shipping, Returns and Warranty pages explain the customer process without removing statutory rights.

How can I trust the quality without samples?+

Request physical sample availability through the contact form, with your preferred finish and delivery ZIP. We confirm whether a sample or another physical finish approval process is available, together with any fee and timing, before order. Screen studies do not prove material, grain, sheen or construction quality.
